✅ Return Window

You may return any product within 7 days of delivery.

📦 Eligible Return Conditions

• Product received in damaged or defective condition
• Wrong product delivered
• Product not as described on the website
• Product not working as expected

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

2. Send your order number and a photo of the product
3. Our team will confirm the return within 24 hours
4. We will arrange a free pickup from your address

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Used or damaged products (unless received damaged)
• Products without original packaging
