Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available across India?

Yes! COD is available across all of India — including metros and Tier-2/3 cities. You pay only when your order arrives at your door. No prepayment required.

How do I place an order?

Browse our store, add products to your cart, select COD or online payment, enter your delivery address, and confirm. Takes less than 2 minutes!

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes — orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. Email support@shiptrend.in or WhatsApp us immediately after placing your order.

Can I order multiple products together?

Absolutely! Add any products to your cart and checkout together. One order, one delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days. Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days. Remote areas: up to 10 days. You'll receive a tracking SMS after dispatch.

Is delivery free?

We offer free delivery on all orders.

Do you deliver pan-India?

Yes — we deliver to all states and union territories in India, including rural and remote areas subject to courier availability.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from delivery date. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How do I initiate a return?

Email support@shiptrend.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 24 hours and arranges a free pickup from your address.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are done via bank transfer or UPI.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We sincerely apologise! Email us at support@shiptrend.in with your order number and a photo within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Net Banking — all via Razorpay.

Is online payment safe on ShipTrend?

Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay — PCI-DSS compliant and RBI-regulated. Your card and bank details are never stored on our servers.
