Ordering

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available across India. You pay only when your order arrives at your door. No prepayment required.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your products to cart, choose COD or online payment, enter your delivery address and confirm. It's that simple.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. Contact us at support@shiptrend.in as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3 to 5 business days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5 to 8 business days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.

Do you deliver pan-India?

Yes, we deliver to all states and union territories in India, including Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and remote areas (subject to courier availability).

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Check the product page or cart for current shipping charges applicable to your location.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at support@shiptrend.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the pickup process within 24 to 48 hours.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. For COD orders, refunds are via bank transfer or UPI.

Products

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Every product listed on ShipTrend.in is quality-checked before dispatch. We partner with verified suppliers and do not list products we wouldn't use ourselves.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Selected products like the Massage Gun come with a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Check the individual product page for warranty information.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We sincerely apologise. Email us at support@shiptrend.in with a photo of the damage or wrong product within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit cards, credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay.

Is it safe to pay online on ShipTrend?

Yes. All online payments are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant and RBI-regulated payment gateway. Your card and bank details are never stored on our servers.
